Anderson Cove

Picture
Anderson Cove is found on the South side of the Pineview Reservoir just west of the Snowbasin turn-off.  Camping here is great if you plan on enjoying the Reservoir as it has its own beach and boat launch.  Other amenities include volleyball courts and horseshoe pits.  The camp ground has 5 group sites that can accommodate up to 100 people and several single and double-family sites.  Toilets, drinking water and a small general store are also on-site.  To reserve a spot call 800-280-2267.  Open May-October

Jefferson Hunt Campground

Located east of Anderson Cove on the South Fork inlet of Pineview.  This campground also provides easy access to the reservoir but only has 29 individual sites.  Jefferson Hunt is a bit more secluded and tucked down a small road away from the main road.  Open May-October here to edit.

North Fork Park

North Fork Park Campsites
North Fork is not a Forest Service camp like Anderson Cove and Jefferson Hunt, but instead is run by Weber County.  North Fork Park lies at the far northern end of the Ogden Valley.  It is arguably the most scenic spot in the Valley.  The Park has great trails for hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and horseback riding.  Six large boweries can accommodate 200-300 guest.  In addition there are 181 individual camping sites, fire pits, picnic tables, running water, flushing toilets, volleyball poles, horseshoe pits at large group areas, horse corrals, cross-country skiing - 7 1/2 miles of groomed trails, camp host, and on site handicap facilities.  http://www.co.weber.ut.us/parks/nfpark.php
